HOCHTIEF, specializing in building and infrastructure construction projects for public and private investors, was the general contractor of the first and second phase of Business Garden Warsaw. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Nuvalu. The Hochtief Polska office in Business Garden in Poznań will occupy 800 sq m. office space.

The pozitive technologies conference dedicated to the IT industry will take place on September 26 at the Poznań International Fair. A team of experts from the best IT companies in the capital of Wielkopolska and the Investor Relations Department of the City of Poznań are organizing  the event.

Bartosz Guss, the Deputy Mayor of Poznań and Marek Woźniak, Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province, signed a contract for the economic promotion of Wielkopolska. The City of Poznań will allocate EU funds of almost PLN 2 million to support the game development industry to promote local computer game production studios on the international arena.

Poznań has the best investor attracting strategy in Poland and  the second  best in the CEE region - the proof  is the award acquired  by the city in a prestigious  international contest. The awards were received by Bartosz Guss, the Deputy Mayor of the City of Poznań, during a solemn gala in London.

The city of Poznań has won the prestigious title of Gmina na 5! awarded by the Institute of Enterprise of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. The award on behalf of the City was received by the deputy director of the Investor Relations Department Katarzyna Sobocińska, who also participated in the panel of Golden Municipalities for 5 and metropolitan cities.

The conference entitled "The real estate market borders" organized by the Investment and Real Estate Faculty of the Poznań  University of Economics gathered around 200 participants at the Poznań Novotel Center. Within two days four discussion panels were held: The real estate market borders, The development of the local real estate markets, Financing of the real estate market, Land zoning and the cooperation with local authorities in the real estate sector.

Skanska started the construction of the third office building within Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań. The 14-storey building will provide approximately 27,000 m2 of modern office space. As part of the investment, construction of underground parking for the third and fourth buildings has started.

The new office buildings developed by Vastint Poland, located at Pastelowa Street
in Poznań, have received an occupancy permit. The scheme which is the second phase of Business Garden consists of five office-service buildings with an area of 46,000 m2 and a free-standing multi-level parking garage. The ambition of Vastint Poland is to acquire the LEED Platinum certificates for all newly constructed buildings of the complex.

Municipalities of Wielkopolska region, including the City of Poznan, were promoted together during the ninth edition of the Annual Investment Meeting in Dubai. The organizer of the fair was the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates. Poznan presented in Dubai, among others Wolne Tory area.
