EXPO REAL 2025 has begun in Munich. From 6 to 8 October, the seven halls and 75,000 square metres of the Munich Trade Fair Grounds will be a bustling hub for the real estate industry. Tens of thousands of participants from at least 70 countries are expected to attend this year, including potential investors, developers, real estate operators and financiers. The top 10 international visitor countries in 2024 were: The UK, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Spain, France, Italy and Sweden.  

Poznań has been honored with the Prime Property Prize in the Investor-Friendly City category. This is one of the most prestigious competitions in the real estate sector in Poland.
