The City of Poznań promotes numerous investment areas - over 30 municipal properties designated for residential, industrial and service projects, and 4 projects of new districts:
- Wolne Tory
The most attractive area for potential investors is the Wolne Tory - due to the size and strategic location in the city center near the railway station and the Poznań International Fair. - It's about 100 hectares, which can be developed and transformed into a modern, multifunctional urban space. The property was previously part of the railway station. Now, in the same place, the City of Poznań is planning a new, green district - says Bartosz Guss, Deputy Mayor of the City of Poznań. Its northern part will be dominated by the service function, and in the southern - residential. A new tram line will also be running along the new district.
- area at Unii Lubelskiej St.
In the near future, two city plots at Unii Lubelskiej St. - a part of a new residential area planned by MUW in the south-eastern part of Poznań - will be put on sale. According to the local spatial development plan in force, high-rise architectural landmarks of up to 60 meters height may be constructed on them. The tender for the first plot of approximately 22,000 square meters is planned for July 2020. Currently a modern tram route that will ensure better connection with other districts of Poznań and will positively affect the investment attractiveness of this area, is being built along Unii Lubelskiej St. The works are to be completed in 2020.
