For years, Poznań has been consistently building its position as one of the most important centres of innovation and new technologies in Poland. The city, once associated mainly with goats on the town hall, has for many years been increasingly identified with the dynamic development of the IT sector, artificial intelligence and the Smart City concept. This is linked to numerous initiatives in these areas.

Achieving sustainable development goals is a key element of Poznań's development strategy. This document continues the previously established directions of action, taking into account various conditions as well as the needs of the city and its residents. The goal of Poznań's development strategy is not only to improve the quality of development policies but also to encourage the local community to actively participate in social and economic life.

Once again, the City of Poznań has been recognized as a leader among investment destinations in Poland and across Europe. The capital of Wielkopolska received the title of "City of the Year" during the 15th edition of the CEE Investment Awards, organized by EuropaProperty. This marks the second consecutive year that Poznań has earned this prestigious distinction.

ESG, or sustainable development, is playing an increasingly significant role in modern corporate management strategies. It involves integrating economic, social, and organizational activities with respect for ecological balance and the durability of environmental processes. The acronym ESG refers to three key areas: environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

This is how the former tram depot site on Gajowa Street in Jeżyce is about to change. The French developer Eiffage is launching an ambitious mixed-use project that will seamlessly weave contemporary architecture into the city's historic urban fabric, giving it a completely new dimension.

EXPO REAL 2025 has begun in Munich. From 6 to 8 October, the seven halls and 75,000 square metres of the Munich Trade Fair Grounds will be a bustling hub for the real estate industry. Tens of thousands of participants from at least 70 countries are expected to attend this year, including potential investors, developers, real estate operators and financiers. The top 10 international visitor countries in 2024 were: The UK, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Spain, France, Italy and Sweden.  

Poznań has been honored with the Prime Property Prize in the Investor-Friendly City category. This is one of the most prestigious competitions in the real estate sector in Poland. The award for the capital of Wielkopolska was presented on Thursday during the 15th anniversary gala of the Property Forum.
