The project will comprise two stages:

1) conducting workshops in schools - lessons conducted by employees of BPO/SSC companies, where the discussions will involve subjects connected with working in the centres, recruitment, and the qualifications needed on the contemporary job market.

2) open days in the companies participating in the project - a presentation of work in the modern-services industry.
