Welcome to the website focusing on planned investments under the PPP and concession schemes.
The City of Poznan invites all potential investors to execute their investments in the form of concessions for construction works or services. A concession allows the Concessionary to construct facilities on municipal property lots and receive profit from that investment over a certain period of time, subsequently transferring them (in a non-deteriorated condition) to the City.
The Transport Policy of the City of Poznan aims to boost the efficiency of the system of service provision for its residents. On the 10th of June 2008, the Poznan City Council adopted Resolution No. XXXVIII/409/V/2008 on the Parking Policy of the City of Poznan. The document recognises the need to introduce a Park and Ride system in Poznan, as well as to create Park&Go facilities in the city. The P&R parking lots are located near peripheral public transportation stations, enabling car drivers from outside the city or from the suburbs, as well as commuters from other municipalities, to change and continue their journey into the downtown area. P&G parking lots are situated on the outskirts of the inner city itself.
Here you will find information on procedures for the selection of private partners for the execution of projects with the participation of the City of Poznan, as well as access to detailed information on specific projects.
