The LyondellBasell Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Poznań plays a key role in supporting global operations. It has been expanding since 2015, creating inspiring workplaces for nearly 200 professionals in Finance & Accounting, Procurement and IT Services. The SSC is known for its collaborative and inclusive work environment, employees are engaged in high-impact projects and contribute to global sustainability and operational excellence goals.

In addition to its business goals, LYB strives to make a positive impact in the communities where it operates. Through its global corporate citizenship program, Advancing Good, the company supports charitable organizations that help advance communities, the planet and tomorrow's workforce.

In Poznań, LYB continues to strengthen its commitment to the community by supporting two impactful organizations: Fundacja Czas Kobiet and St. Roch's Care Home, operated by the Seraphite Sisters. This marks the second consecutive year LYB Poznań has partnered with these organizations, through its Advancing Good program. The company made charitable contributions to both organizations and met with their teams to learn more about their ongoing initiatives.

Fundacja Czas Kobiet supports women affected by violence in the Wielkopolska region. With a team of 40 professionals and volunteers, the foundation provides legal, psychological, and emergency assistance to over 200 women each month. The contribution of LYB supports the Against Violence project, which offers help to those experiencing physical, psychological, sexual, economic and cyberviolence.

St. Roch's Care Home provides round-the-clock care and therapy for over 50 children and youth with intellectual and physical disabilities. This year's contribution will help fund a summer vacation for residents, an opportunity for joy and new experiences.
