This year, the key theme of the programme is artificial intelligence. Scholars will take a 30-hour online course in the practical use of AI tools - from task automation and content creation, to data analysis, to graphics, video, audio and chatbots. It's a modern education that prepares you for real-life professional challenges and shows you how to become more effective and creative through technology.

However, Success University is much more than a course in the practical use of artificial intelligence! Participants throughout the year will receive:

• individual support from a Mentor/Mentee - a person with experience in various industries who helps define career goals, develop competencies and build a career path
• professional HR consultancy - a series of meetings to prepare for entering the job market: creating a CV, building a profile on LinkedIn, preparing for recruitment interviews,
• additional workshops and development training - in communication, career planning, teamwork, mental toughness and more.

At the heart of the programme are also the summer development camps, which take place in three cities: Warsaw, Poznan and Krakow. Each camp is five days of intensive workshops, inspirational meetings, teamwork and confidence building. It is a moment in which the grantees establish relationships, exchange experiences and receive a solid boost of motivation to act.
