From seven people to an international organization
When the Duni Group established the EFF shared services center in 2005, no one expected that a small team of seven would grow into a global organization. Today, EFF is over 150 specialists, hundreds of clients, and projects delivered around the world. Fifteen languages can be heard in the office, and despite its size, EFF continues to nurture the Scandinavian spirit of collaboration, respect, trust, and mutual support.
The decision to locate the center in Poznań was no coincidence - the Duni Group already had a factory and infrastructure there, which helped launch the new unit. From that moment began a history full of change and bold decisions.
The first years were a time of rapid development. The company implemented the SAP system, took over financial functions from across Europe, and grew its team. Around 2011, it began working with clients outside the Duni Group. In 2017, a new area was created: VAT Compliance, which has since become one of EFF's core pillars. The pandemic brought many challenges but also dynamic growth - EFF acquired new clients, expanded its services, and implemented process automation.

From the very beginning, EFF has been distinguished by its Swedish work culture, which means trust, partnership, transparency, open communication, and collaboration. There are no 'closed doors' or rigid hierarchies - every voice matters.

This process is known as EFFolution - a positive change driven by people's engagement. Automating key processes and implementing tools like Medius is only the beginning.
EFF sees the future in artificial intelligence - always with people at the center. An increasingly important part of its operations includes configuration, optimization, and enhancement of tools - both those used internally and those supporting client growth. 20th Anniversary
The year 2025 was special for EFF. The anniversary celebrations combined the Swedish Midsommar tradition with Poland's Noc Kupały. The joyful, memorable event highlighted how much the organization has achieved - and how much still lies ahead. After twenty years, EFF is not slowing down. The company continues to learn and evolve to stay one step ahead. Despite two decades of experience, EFF is certain of one thing - it's only just getting started.
