Hundreds of exhibitors come from regions, cities, municipalities and economic development agencies. This includes Polish ones: Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia, Katowice and the Silesia Region, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, the Legnica Special Economic Zone, the Łódź city, region and special economic zone, the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, Toruń, Warsaw and Wrocław - both the city and its agglomeration development agency and the Lower Silesia Region.

Visitors from Europe and beyond will have the opportunity to discover Poznań, the most investor-friendly city in Poland in 2025, accordingly to the Prime Property Prize jury and people who voted online.

Poznań's delegation will be led by Mayor Jacek Jaśkowiak, with Deputy Mayor Natalia Weremczuk. Mayor Jaśkowiak was invited by the Poland Observer (a leading English-language business information and networking platform in Poland) to open its conference session and join its panel discussion on the topic "Where are the investment opportunities in Poland in 2026?"

- Our yearly presence at Expo Real is an important part of our long-term strategy for attracting investors and creating job opportunities for residents of Poznań. Such events promote the city's investment opportunities and strengthen its positive image. They also provide an opportunity to meet investors, and consultants all in one place - says Jacek Jaśkowiak, Mayor of Poznań.

- This year, we are presenting 12 attractive investment areas, mainly undeveloped, with local zoning plans in force. Each of these properties offers real development potential, both for entrepreneurs and for the city and its residents. We want the investments that may potentially be made on these plots to fit well into the urban landscape and meet the needs of Poznań residents, e.g. in terms of new housing estates or new jobs, - adds Natalia Weremczuk, Deputy Mayor of Poznań.

Top offer is 36 Pleszewska Street, at the Rataje roundabout, for sale on 27 October! The area is intended for services development and covers over 1.15 hectares (advantages: zoning plan in force, buildings up to 100 metres in height in the increased height zone, great location). Over 9 hectares of the undeveloped area of Obodrzycka, Sarbinowska and Garaszewo Streets is intended for industrial or service investments, in particular for production facilities, warehouses and storages with permission for service buildings (7P/U), service development (11U) and non-public car parks (6KP and 7KP). Among the advantages of the location is its proximity to a large freight railway junction and a shopping centre.

The Folwarczna and Franowo Streets area is the largest in Poznań's portfolio - over 13 hectares of undeveloped and unused land for industrial or service development, namely for service development or the location of commercial facilities with a sales area of over 2,000 m² (1/U/UC/P, 2/U/UC/P). The future investment will benefit from its location near a shopping centre, a tram terminus and depot, and the aforementioned freight hub.
