Poznań titled Investor-Friendly City
The prize is awarded to locations that stand out with a favorable investment climate, consistent creation of conditions for business growth, and active support from the administration. Poznań triumphed over other nominated cities: Łódź, Katowice, Gdańsk, and Białystok.
- I am pleased that the capital of Greater Poland has once again been recognized for its investment climate - emphasized Jacek Jaśkowiak, Mayor of Poznań. - Our city achieves success not only in Poland but also on the European stage. More and more investors see this potential and are eager to place their capital here, and we are always ready to support them.
The process of selecting the award winners consists of several stages. From the submitted applications, the editorial team of the Polskie Towarzystwo Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości selects five finalists in each category. The competition jury then votes based on data about the city. In parallel, readers cast their votes in an online poll. The results of both are combined, and the winners are chosen on this basis.
- This award confirms that our everyday efforts to create favorable conditions for investors are paying off - noted Katja Lożina, Head of the Investor Relations Department of the City of Poznań. - From experience, we know that entrepreneurs need administrative support at many levels. Our goal is to provide it in a professional and comprehensive way.
The Prime Property Prize is among the most prestigious competitions in the Polish real estate industry. The awards are presented annually during the Property Forum gala, which this year celebrated its 15th edition. The event is attended by representatives of leading companies and institutions carrying out investment projects across the country.
