Initially, around 50 people had been employed here, but the company is already forecasting an increase by the end of this year.

- I am very pleased that such a well-known brand as Sennheiser has decided to open its office in Poznań. The capital of Wielkopolska is a large academic centre with excellently qualified personnel. Therefore, I am convinced that the company will find excellent conditions for the development of its activities in our city. This is also good news for the inhabitants of Poznań, who will gain new jobs - says Jacek Jaśkowiak, Mayor of Poznań.

Sennheiser chose Poznań as the location of its office because of the city's convenient location and the support of the local authorities.

The company was founded in 1945 by Professor Fritz Sennheiser. The company has 2,700 employees in 90 countries and is headquartered in Wennebostel, near Hanover, Germany. The company's product range includes headphones, microphones, listening systems, conference and information systems, as well as aerospace and audiology products.
