SOFTSWISS's partner Development Centers in Poznań support green initiatives

SOFTSWISS, an international tech brand, is taking another step forward in promoting a conscious work culture. Two green-themed internal initiatives were launched in celebration of World Environment Day in the summer of 2025. This year's activities are united under the concept of smart consumption and sustainability and involve the partner's development centers in Poznań and Warsaw.

SOFTSWISS's Partner Development Centers in Poznań Support Green Initiatives

The first initiative, the EcoMiles Challenge, kicks off on June 5 and runs through August 31. Designed to minimise car use and reduce air pollution, the challenge invites employees to walk or cycle instead of driving. Participants will track their progress in an app, competing to cover the longest distance over a three-month period. The challenge promotes healthier and more sustainable commuting habits and will award the top performers at the end of the challenge.

Running in parallel is Swap Day, launched with a festive Swap Party on June 5. Employees are encouraged to bring books, clothes, and board games they no longer need to exchange until June 13. Unclaimed items will be responsibly recycled or donated to local book-crossing projects.

- These initiatives may seem compact at first sight, especially if we compare them to the environmental issues out there. But sustainability is not just a campaign, it's a mindset. By reminding our employees of what they can do to promote smart consumption and emission reduction, we set up the path to more sustainable local communities in the future - said Valentina Bagniya, CMO at SOFTSWISS. - These initiatives reflect our belief that lasting impact starts with everyday choices, and we're proud to see our team turning values into action.

This is not the first time SOFTSWISS has marked World Environment Day with meaningful action. In 2024, over 800 trees, shrubs, and flowers were planted by more than 20 employees of the partner's development centres and their families in the Morskie Oko park of Warsaw.
