In 1995, the Swedish investment company Kinnevik had the vision to create a global customer service provider with great ambitions. That's how Transcom was born. Within a decade it expanded to Europe and soon to North America, then to the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. Transcom Poland entered the Polish market in 2003 and gradually expanded its activities to other locations, and grew to almost 1,200 employees. Transcom Poland offices are located in Olsztyn, Białystok, Gdansk, Elbłąng and, more recently, Poznań.

- Transcom has been present in Poland for 19 years. The opening of the fifth branch is a consequence of the development of our company and indicates further expansion. Our strategy is to collaborate with the world's largest brands, especially in the fast-growing tech, fin-tech and e-commerce sectors. That's why we place emphasis on providing services for foreign customers. We chose Poznań as our new office location precisely because of the city's great potential in terms of access to foreign-language talents. A rich offer of office space, that meets the expectations of our employees and the excellent cooperation with the authorities of the City of Poznań, who create a favourable climate for investments, have also played part in our decision. On Thursday, May 19th, it was the first official day in the newly established office at Pastelowa 6.
