SOFTSWISS, an international tech brand, is marking its 16th anniversary this July. What began as a bold webstudio has grown into a global force in the tech industry, with a strong presence in Poland and over 2,000 specialists worldwide. 

On July 24, 2025, EPAM Systems, Inc. (EPAM), a global leader in digital transformation and product engineering, officially opened an office in Poznan. The U.S. headquartered company is thus strengthening its presence in the Polish market. The office opening ceremony was attended by Poznan City Council representatives.

We are starting another edition of the national scholarship programme University of Success - aimed at young women (18-25 years old) from all over Poland who want to change their life and professional situation. This is the seventh time that, together with our Partners and Experts/Experts, we are supporting the participants in developing the competences of the future - ones that really improve their chances in the dynamically developing labour market.

Two green-themed internal initiatives were launched in celebration of World Environment Day in the summer of 2025. This year's activities are united under the concept of smart consumption and sustainability and involve the partner's development centers in Poznań and Warsaw.

An expansion of one of Europe's most modern production facilities has been completed in Poznań, allowing the company to double its existing production capacity and create more than 200 new jobs. The investment strengthens the global supply network and underscores Poland's growing importance on the map of global cosmetics production. The expanded facility now serves as a key innovation center for facial care, responsible for creating advanced product formats and developing patented active ingredients that reach consumers around the world. The project is part of the company's broader growth strategy, "Win with Care," which focuses on user-centered innovation, environmental responsibility and social commitment.

On May 30th the Music Theatre in Poznań, represented by its Director, Przemysław Kielecki, signed an agreement with the Main Contractor, Dekpol Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., represented by its President, Mariusz Niewiadomski and its Management Board Member, Jacek Hnatiuk. The contract refers to the execution of one of the most important cultural institutions in Poland. It will be the biggest object of this type in the country.

In celebration of International Pet Day 2025, SOFTSWISS, an international tech brand, launched an initiative to support local animal shelters. The company made donations to "Schronisko dla zwierząt w Poznaniu", reaffirming its mission to create meaningful connections not only within the workplace but also with the communities in which it operates.

The Danish company has been a business landmark of Poznan for years. It is one of the oldest shared service centers in the city.

SOFTSWISS, an international tech brand, supported the Hack of Tomorrow hackathon, part of the Tech of Tomorrow conference in Poznań. Held on 22-23 March 2025, the event gathered promising tech talent to explore how artificial intelligence can address real-world business challenges.
