Prof. Alfons O. Hamm (Germany) 10.04.2018

SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the City of Poznań wish to invite you to an open lecture entitled "What can be done if fear and anxiety get out of control", delivered by professor Alfons O. Hamm, Head of the Department of Biological and Clinical Psychology/Psychotherapy at the University of Greifswald. The lecture will be held on April 10th at 6:00 p.m. in room 004 at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities ul. Kutrzeby 10 in Poznań.

Alfons O. Hamm - Professor of psychology, Head of the Department of Biological and Clinical Psychology/Psychotherapy at the University of Greifswald, in Germany. His reserach interests include experimental psychopathology, panic and phobias, schizophrenia, neuropsychology of fear learning, as well as emotion and attention systems. In his research, he uses Electroencephalography (EEG). Former student and continuator of Prof. Peter Lang's research work. The author of Furcht und Phobien, a publication on anxiety disorders.

The lecture will be delivered in English with simultaneous translation to Polish. Free admission. Registration required
