Poznań University of Economics and the City of Poznań invite you to the open lecture that will be held by professor Marjan Svetličič - a world-famous expert in international business. The lecture entitled How to make a strong first impression will take place on 9 April 2015 at 09.45 - 11.15, in room 111A (Main Building of PUE, al. Niepodległości 10).
Marjan Svetličič is a professor of international business and an employee of the International Relations Centre at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana. His research focuses on direct foreign investments, EU economy, globalisation and internationalisation. In the past professor Svetličič used to be a consultant for UNIDO, UNESCO, OECD Development Centre, IFC, UNDP, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana. At the moment he is a member of a counselling committee regarding International Corporations (UNCTAD, Geneva).
In the course of his research on direct foreign investments, companies from economies undergoing transformation, European Union, globalisation and internationalisation professor Svetličič published many books, chapters, articles and conference papers. He is now a member of publishing committees e.g. of Economic and Business Review as well as International Journal of Emerging Markets.
