The Faculty of Theology of the Adam Mickiewicz University and the City of Poznań invite you to two open lectures hosted by Prof. Antonio Donatto, Ph.D.

- June 14, 2023 at 10:10 a.m. lecture entitled "Moral conscience: discovering and realizing the "personal" vocation to love and do good"

- June 15, 2023 at 10:10 a.m. lecture entitled "Mercy: a basic right in the Christian conscience in the light of the teaching of Pope Francis"

The lectures will take place at the Faculty of Theology of the Adam Mickiewicz University, building B, auditorium IV, ul. Wieżowa 2/4.

Prof. Antonio Donatto was born on April 10, 1975 in Tilioro. From 1995 he studied at the Faculty of Architecture Reggio Calabria. Then, in October 1997, he joined the Redemptorists. In October 2004, he started his specialisation at the Alphonsian Academy. He also studied at the Pontifical Salesian University.

He received his doctorate in fundamental moral theology in 2014, based on the thesis: «La dimensione teologica della proposta morale a partire da Optatam totius 16. Il contributo di Domenico Capone".

Prof. A. Donato is a professor at the Alphonsian Academy and the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome. His interests and research focus on the following issues: holiness, discernment and formation of conscience; morality and spirituality in the Christian conscience; moral discernment and prudence - a theological concept to be reclaimed; family morality: prospects and contemporary issues; moral formation and the priestly life.
