Poznań University of Economics and the City of Poznań would like to invite you to an open lecture by prof. Bo Edvardsson: "Service innovation and business development - theory and practice", which will take place on March 5, 2019, at 4:00 PM in room 407A, in the Main Building at the Poznań University of Economics.
Bo Edvardsson is a professor at the University of Karlstad in Sweden. He is also the founder of CTF-Service Research Center and a world-renowned specialist in service management. In addition, he is the author of over 200 publications in scientific journals most respected in the field of service management and marketing, such as, inter alia: Journal of Service Management, Journal of Management History, Journal of Services Marketing, or Journal of Business Research, and cited more than 14000 times. He received many prestigious awards and completed research internships at renowned international universities.
